These came in all sorts such as “eating the crust of the bread will give you curly hair” (noted that this one never worked as I have the STRAIGHT asian hair), and of course “eating carrots will help you see in the dark and improve your eye sight”.

With breakfast being an essential part of the day I have created my Big Breakfast Bar that is perfect with the right balance of protein, healthy fats, carbohydrates, iron, vitamins and minerals. I find that this keeps me satiated until lunch time as I have purposely used oats groats that is low in GI in order for my energy levels to be sustained for longer.
