With breakfast being an essential part of the day I have created my Big Breakfast Bar that is perfect with the right balance of protein, healthy fats, carbohydrates, iron, vitamins and minerals. I find that this keeps me satiated until lunch time as I have purposely used oats groats that is low in GI in order for my energy levels to be sustained for longer.
